About

Since 1986, we have been the leading provider of cutting-edge lighting and camera equipment for the Philippine film and TV industry. Founded by multi-awarded cinematographer Dengcar Baltazar and his wife Miling in Quezon City, what started as a small rental business has grown into an industry leader. Now managed by their son Jim, CMB employs 70 staff and over 400 freelance crew members.

We serve major TV networks, film companies, commercial
production houses, and international producers, including streaming projects for Netflix and Amazon Prime like *Almost Paradise*. As a key supplier for GMA Network teleseryes, we also support top production outfits like Quantum Films, TBA, and Arcade Film Factory.

Equipped to handle up to 300 shooting units per month, we offer a wide range of high-quality gear, including ARRI Alexa, RED Raptor, Sony Venice, and Phantom Flex 4K cameras, along with specialized assets like the Super Technocrane30 and MRMC’s Bolt-X cinebot.

Our sister company, Shoot Digital Video Company, provides technical OB broadcast services, while partnerships with Shooting Gallery Studios, Illumination Studios, and Hot Set Studios boost our production capabilities. We also support emerging cinematographers and independent filmmakers through collaborations with Mowelfund, Cine Malaya, QCinema, and more.
